Pushed To St. Dunstans
A friend of mine was out with his dad walking in the park when he was about six or seven years old.
He saw two dogs fucking and asked his dad what they were doing. His dad told him that the lower dog was blind and the other dog was pushing it to St. Dunstan's.
He didn't really understand what his dad meant but accepted it without question, the way youngsters do.
Later in life he realised that "Pushing a blind dog to St. Dunstan's" is a term for doggy style sex.
The origin of the term I believe is the St Dunstan’s hospital established during WW1 for blind ex-Service men and women.
