No wonder this country is in such a state. We're ruled by people that think expense claims that border on fraudulent are perfectly acceptable.
So when I saw Jacqui Smith's husband make his grovelling apology on TV I was both laughing and sickened in equal measure.
And of course, he totally missed the point. It's NOT about the £10.00. It's the sickening breach of trust and the sickening level of their greed that is the problem...
